Transformative Psychology
Choosing to enter therapy is a powerful step toward investing in yourself and embracing meaningful change. I commend you for taking the initiative, as it signals your readiness to make a positive shift in your life. The journey of healing and self-discovery can be deeply transformative, and finding a therapist you trust to guide you through that process is essential.
For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of helping people navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and a grounded, practical approach. My clients often describe me as warm, caring, and straightforward in helping them tackle obstacles head-on. As an experienced psychotherapist, I’m quick to identify the most effective path for each individual to make real, lasting changes, whether you’re feeling lost, overwhelmed, or simply “stuck.” Together, we can uncover the tools and strategies you need to regain a sense of balance, control, and fulfillment in your life.
In some cases, specialized care is required to address more complex issues. That’s why I collaborate closely with a network of trusted doctors, therapists, and healthcare professionals to offer a holistic approach to healing. This collaborative care is especially important for individuals dealing with health-related challenges or fertility issues, as we work together to treat the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
I graduated with the highest honors from Nova Southeastern University and have since been an active member of several esteemed organizations, including the American Psychological Association (APA), the Florida Psychological Association (FPA), the National Register of Health Service Providers, and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). My contributions to the field have earned me recognition, including the Outstanding Service Award from the FPA, and board membership roles within the association. Additionally, I’ve been honored with inclusion in the National Health Registry and inductions into Psi Chi (the national honor society in psychology) and Kappa Delta Pi (the national honor society for educators). I’m also proud to have received a news writing award from the New Jersey Press Association, reflecting my diverse professional background.
On a personal note, being in my forties and balancing the roles of wife, mother, and working professional gives me a unique perspective that extends beyond academia. I deeply understand the everyday stressors we all face, and I use that personal experience to help my clients navigate their own challenges.
I look forward to the opportunity to meet you and explore how we can work together on your journey toward growth, healing, and personal empowerment. Let’s take the first step together.
